How to update your data plan

It is very easy to update your data plan in the emnify Portal if your data requirements change over time. To do so, click on Workspace Settings in the upper-right corner of the portal, and then select Subscription.

A new window will open. In the Your Data Plan section, click on Update Data Plan, and choose the option that best suits your needs.

If none of the available data plans meet your requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. Provide as much information as possible (number of SIMs, preferred data plan, deployment countries), and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
